Training Tuition - Onsite Accommodation

For those who want to live, breathe, and study yoga within a fully held retreat environment.

This option is designed for students who choose to stay onsite at the Byron Bay Yoga Retreat Centre, allowing the training to unfold within a container of shared meals, nature, rest, and community.

You’ll take part in the same 16-day in-person immersion, held across 18 days, with two intentional rest and integration days woven into the schedule to support nervous system regulation and embodied learning.

When staying onsite, all meals are included through the retreat centre, allowing Soul Studies to offer a reduced tuition rate, while maintaining the same depth, teachers, and certification.

• Full 200hr Yoga Teacher Training tuition

• 6-week online foundational journey (with 12 months access)

• 16 in-person training days held over 18 days in Byron Bay

• 2 scheduled rest/integration days

• All training materials, including the Soul Studies manual (physical copy + digital PDF)

• Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr certificate upon completion

Accommodation & Meals (Booked Separately)

Accommodation is booked directly with Byron Bay Yoga Retreat Centre and includes all meals throughout your stay.

• Approximate cost: $140–$310 AUD per day, depending on room type

• Applies across the full 18-day stay (including the 2 rest days)

This option offers a fully immersive retreat experience, where learning continues beyond the shala through shared meals, rest, conversation, and time in nature.

Booking & Payment

A $500 AUD deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to a future Soul Studies training if needed.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the training start date.

Payment plans are available and can be arranged upon request.

Cancellation Policy

The $500 deposit is non-refundable, but transferable.

• 45–59 days before the start date: 25% of the remaining balance is non-refundable

• 30–44 days before: 50% non-refundable

• 15–29 days before: 75% non-refundable

Less than 15 days before the start date: no refund available

What Happens After You Book

Once your $500 AUD deposit is received, your place in the training is secured. You’ll then receive a Welcome Email with your Soul Studies Welcome Pack, which includes:

• Important training dates and key information
• Details on the online foundational learning
• What to prepare for the immersion
  
• Payment plan options and next steps

At this stage, you’ll also have the opportunity to arrange a payment plan if needed, and ask any questions before the immersion begins. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
